Funny, right. I hadn't remembered that he used Pepperidge Farm stuffing as his base until I saw the written recipe... I don't know if he used Swanson's, my recollection is that he used College Inn...my cousin's family may have altered the ingredients a bit! But so happy to have the recipe...I'll probably never make the stuffing, but it's nice to have it just in case!
